Hi Kellie. The bars were just text frames with colored background. You can also do the alternative method of using paragraph rules.

I get it that his template is not allowed for commercial purposes, but is the magazine itself available for commercial purposes? For example, I personalize this magazine with my info, pics and so on… can I sell magazine as magazine or not?
