Yes I heard all your clamors for more free InDesign and Illustrator templates so I’m happy to oblige and give you more. Previously, we have some nice InDesign templates for hi-tech companies, this time we’re having Illustrator templates of company presentation folders cum brochures.
This is our second template freebie on folder design. Last time, I made just one folder template in InDesign which is still fast garnering views and downloads. Now we have not just one, but two Illustrator templates of company folders that can also double as brochures. This type of folder brochure is more economical than having a separate brochure and presentation folder. Best of all, they’re free. You’re not just saving a few bucks but you’re saving a lot. Shop around for premium paid templates or custom designs like these and you’ll be amazed how much value you’re getting for free.
These two folder templates are measured in standard size of 9 by 12 inches (folded), has two panels, 4 pages, and 2 inside pockets on both sides where one pocket (left) has business card slits. These folders doesn’t have spine. But if you want to add a spine, you simply add one vertically along the middle fold and horizontally below along the pocket fold, then adjust everything accordingly.
One folder brochure design is for a financial company which you can also use for other similar businesses like financial investment companies, banks, lending companies, insurance and many other businesses that has something to do with financial matters. The other one is for a garden landscaping company and can also be used for a flower shop business, floral services, wedding related businesses, and many more. Just replace the text and photos with your own and you’ll have a great looking company folder brochure in an instant.

Thanks for sharing these presentation folder templates. Customized presentation folders add a lot to your presentation no matter how small, plus they give customers a way to keep the information you give them organized and neat, all in one place. The slots in the folder pocket where you can insert a business card is also immensely helpful. Each salesperson can customize the folder simply by adding their business card.

Hi Sarajane. Sorry for the late reply. You can send these files as is to your printer. Just make sure colors are in CMYK or if you’re using spot colors, make sure they’re properly assigned and indicated.

To print these on thick gloss paper of higher gsm..
And their use will involve holding 8 a4 sized pages of similar gsm
What size paper should i print this?
Will it only take one piece of printing paper to complete the folder?

@pravin: front and back cover is in one spread. Yes you can download and use Illustrator to edit the text. Once done, you can send it straight to your printer. Make sure you include the necessary fonts and images. You may also send them in pdf format with fonts and images embedded.
@obdn: Yes, these folders can accommodate 8 A4 sized pages. Your commercial printer knows exactly the right paper size to print these folders with. But if you’re asking if you can print this on ordinary inhouse printers, I don’t think it can accommodate the whole spread size.
