I was about to post a small number of my own vector decorative border elements today when I tried to look around and see what else are available for free out there with regards to vector decorative borders and patterns. And I saw tons of great freebies on vector decorative designs. So I set aside my own vector decorative borders for now, selected and featured five excellently designed vector decorative borders and patterns that are available for free from various resources. 4. Russian Embroidery Ornaments from Dezignus – Another set of Russian Ornament designs from Dezignus. It’s an embroidered type of design so it has pixelated graphics effect. It includes traditional Russian motives, patterns and colors. Most of presented vector graphics are borders, plus some additional elements.
