These InDesign files are in CS4. The INX can be opened in CS3.

I strongly recommend Overnight Prints for purchasing letterheads. You can upload a logo for free and they have thousands of templates to choose from.

Hi Tim. Good point on the post office markings on the envelopes. Sorry I forgot to adjust the designs accordingly because these were all preliminary design studies. But nevertheless, you can easily adjust everything in the layout to fit your design needs. Thanks.
